"My son is a 8th grader at parma senior high school this is a assignment they were suppose to complete in class. This class is referred to as high school readiness prep. The 8th graders have to take a 9 week course 1 quarter . They are REQUIRED to take this class in order to graduate ( is what i was told by the principal Mr. Suttell. From my understanding he was required to complete 1 of these kind of questionnaires a week."
