Loveland city school District Board of Education passed this resolution last night to reiterate their support of student ms with immigration status. Start watching last night‘s board meeting at timestamp 37 minutes to see the beginning discussion for this resolution. Once the board president , who is also a pastor of a local liberal church, talks about his recent conversation with a immigrant family that they’re supporting through his church and the parents concern about law-enforcement coming in and taking her kids without her knowing it they’ve decided to do this resolution. Notice also that not one board member had a comment or a discussion item about this resolution before it was voted on in typical fashion as everything‘s done behind closed doors and already agreed upon and before it gets to the “public meeting “. "My 8th grade son attends Loveland Middle School in Cincinnati. His ELA teacher assigned him the following book to read: Last Shot by John Feistein. At the bottom of page 45 the characters refer to being a Republican as doing something wrong."
